My tracks are intermittently skipping/glitching every track does this

You've not provided enough information. Please tell us:
Are you using Mac or PC? System spec?
Which operating system is the computer running?
Which version of VirtualDJ are you using (including build number)?
Details of any external equipment - audio interface, controller etc. Make and model.
Location of the files you're playing - internal drive, external drive, streamed?
Format and resolution of files - audio or video? MP3? WAV? Something else? Sample rate? Bit depth?
Which audio driver you're using (if any) and details of audio config, including buffer size.
