What syntax should be used to turn on and off the leds of the cdj 3000 hotcues when they are assigned to the stems ?

If my memory serves me correctly, you can't control the led directly.
The leds of the hotcue buttons get their color from the part of code that's responsible for drawing the hotcues on the waveforms.
Therefore you cannot alter them.
