I am having trouble getting any Audio out of the headphone jack on my RZX I can go around this but I would really like to be able to use the port and ensure that it is functional I have used the record box and the Virtual DJ software and neither will play any audio out from the 3.5mm headphone jack with the cue or otherwise

So to be clear, its not working either via Rekordbox and VDJ?

Have you tried simply plugging in an external source into one of the channels and see if you can get any output via the headphones that way. At least you'll know the output works at all.

If it does then it could well be drivers or the audio setup of the unit in the software, but would need to know a bit more info before anyone can give you a better answer.
