Why is it not possible to save skins/database backup? I am logged in as admin and the product is licensed as Home Pro. The storage location exists and files can also be manually deleted and created there. The progress bar runs through, but then the error message appears.

I found the mistake. The blockage in the virus scanner was to blame. Here VirtualDJ was blocked for write access.
