Hi. I'm having issues with Virtual DJ and Hercules Impulse 500 crashing sometimes when I use my mouse.

I'm using Windows 10 and Virtual DJ. My mouse is wired, Thess is using a Mac, Serato and a wireless mouse which I presume has a dongle. My controller is plugged into a USB 3.2 port.
The VDJ logfile says nothing.
In the clip, Thess was able to still use the controller and the software, when it happens to me however, VDJ totally freezes then crashes to desktop the controller doesn't respond to input commands. VDJ should auto-recover, but it doesn't. The log file is empty but windows event viewer says:
