I have a problem you might be able to help with.
Recently when I connect my console DDJ-SB3 on my computer Dell XPS 15 7590 and I open Virtual DJ 2021, if I play a song I start hearing a scratchy noise in the speakers.
After several tests, I have realized that if I do not open Virtual DJ, but I simply play any song from a regular player on the PC using the sound card of the DJ console to process the output through mixer and speaker there is no noise.
As well I have tried the same setup with another PC and everything sound perfect as well with a version of Virtual DJ.
I believe there could be some problem of driver conflict or configurations.
Are you able to help me?

I have the same issue with my Roland DJ-505. Channel 1 which is the left channel has a loud hiss the other one is fine. Is there a way or place to see exact setting of each channel or deck so i can compare?
