Hello,
I have just bought the Pro Licence for a month in order to test.
I have a controler Herculer MK2, which is recognized on my PC at work (at the time I purchased the licence I was at work , I installed it and quickly tried to remove the logo on a video, it worked.
When I came at home to install it on my laptop that I use for DJing I have the controler recognized my account too, but not my licence PRO, therefore I am limited at 10 mn trial for using my controler.
What Can I do ? Please.

Check the License tab and make sure you logged in with the same account

I did and I am connected with the same account .
On the PC it says : VirtualDJ Pro Subscriber
On the laptop: ProTrial expired

Try to log out and log back in again perhaps
