and a visual coding system along with a slider system for the fader kind of like the POI.

this is a great application but could use a few more additions,

beatgrid is a native fx has been since 2014, milkdrop 64 is in beta development

I don't think any of the plugins are broken - they are just not available for the 64-bit version, but that also means that they won't show under extensions (which is where you should add them from)
Also remember that a lot of the really old 32-bit plugins (like milkdrop, which I think is from the 90s, where I used it in winamp) were created by users. And if they don't feel like updating them, then there won't be a 64 bit version. But again: Then they won't be under extensions, so they won't appear "broken"
