I'm trying to install VDJ and a Pioneer DDJ-SB3 on a new laptop running Windows 10 64-bit. I updated the controller drivers and have uninstalled and reinstalled VDJ, unplugged and replugged the controller, but it still won't recognize it. Any advice? Thank you.

there are no drivers for the DDJ-SB3, unless you meant firmware ?
Does Windows detect the device as Midi and sound card ? Check Device Manager under "Audio inputs and outputs" (for sound card) and under "Sound, video and game controllers" (for Midi).
Post a screenshot if possible.
