话题: Custom Midi map for Reloop Neon

Hi guys, I really need some help with the Midi mapping of the Reloop Neon.

As per the attachment, each tab can be customized to any page but for some reason, I am not able to set the Sampler Tab. Please check the attached photo.

That's by design.
On several units when they require special operations to be performed on their pads due to their firmware, you are not able to re-assign that pad page to another.

In simple words, Sampler pad mode is locked due to the way the firmware of Neon works when you select that mode on the controller itself.

Thanks for your reply. But for those who stumble on the same limitation... it's easy to fix...

Open Midi settings... press the button you would like to change...and paste the following:

In my case it was SAMPLER_MODE and the value I needed was simply:

pad_page 'stems'


I love VDJ for its flexibility, worth every penny.

Sure you can do that.
But don't be surprised if some things are not working as expected (due to firmware parallel operation)

That's really weird considering the unit offered ZERO firmware to date... in other words, I'll take my chances.
