hi, maybe i missing the setting somewhere but i cant to seem to find this in settings and/or in the forums. i apologize if this topic has already been brought up, but im trying to set it so that my hotcues are default on my pads instead of stems. everytime i start up i have to change them. is there a setting to make those default?

By default VDJ saves the current padpage per deck at exit and restores them at restart
when VDJ resets page for some reason it takes the first padpage of at top of the list by default
you can move "hotcues" at the top, just before "stems" from the pads editor (reorder by moving the names in the list)
however, if you exit with stems as a padpage you still will start with stems as a padpage
This may also depend on controller, (but i don't think currently any controller set "stems" by default)
settings -> option -> padsSkinIndependant may help in some case too

thank you so much i had to go to edit and move it to the top. im currently djing at the club now so i cant test it, but it should work now. thanks again!

If you are using a controller, you can change what are assigned to the quick select buttons above the pads (hotcues, rolls, sampler etc..)
