I want to be able to download whatever is the latest build in 32 bit. I understand that build may not be getting new updates or fixes and that's fine but is there a place I can download whatever is the last 32 bit version so I have it for backup?

Latest 32-bit is still being updated (but not having all features, such as stems etc).
And available at download page (if you are on a platform that needs the 32-bit version)

Should you be on Windows 10 64-bit, but for some strange reason not want to run 64-bit programs, you can download the 32-bit here:
https://www.virtualdj.com/download/pc32
(and is always available at the link above, so not really any need for backup in that regards, just download should you need :) )
