Hi, this is more of a vdjscript question, but I could not find a forum area for this, so i hope it is ok to post it here.
How do i record to a specific slot on the 'recordings bank' using sampler_rec?
for example to save an active loop to slot 4. I have tried 'sampler_rec 4', but it seems to save into a random slot every time I run vdj. for example first time i use it, it saves the loop into slot 2, then next time I use virtual DJ, it saves the recording into slot 5 etc.
(I have also tried other values instead of 4.)
I have even tried to select a slot using 'sampler_select' before using 'sampler_rec'. but no luck with that one either.
I Know the 'Recordings Bank' is for temporary loops and recordings etc. but it would be nice to have some control as to which slot it saves to.
any help would be appreciated.

I've just done some testing and I was about to say I'm not seeing it but then I did, I'll keep poking at it [try figure out how to reproduce]
