Is there a plugin available or could any you guys make one so that your you logo can spin or rotate during video mixing? Thanks

I don't think so - even people tried and asked for for some years
For now only pictures - part of the background image of the skin & covers - can spin rotate or display not aligned
Not tested for some time though
Maybe TellyVisuals full version can

You can use a rotating GIF logo image using some plugins such as tellyvisual or maybe showlogo or slideshow

The built in videologo setting also accepts video, gif or vdjsample so if you create the rotating logo in another program you can use it there.
