My VDJ 2020 has a problem and I am not sure if I am setting it up OK. When I try to set it to out put Decks 1/2 and Chanel 12 and 34 then the system asks for a Licence and if none it seems to freeze or lock out after 10 mins running any ideas how to get round that?

Since it appears you have a Pro subscription, check the License tab in Config and make sure you are logged in with the correct account.
