I am using VDJ202 Windows 7 32 bit. I had MOTU PCI connected for the Audio out. If the ASIO driver is misconfigured and you cant select the MOTU as an output, you can't get into VDJ or quit it, you are constantly bounced asking to configure an output, and if you can't you can't change the Audio configuration to stop it asking for it. In fact I am not sure how you can ever get VDJ to work again unless you can get the ASIO configured correctly into the MOTU. If you quit the program from the Task Manager, you will end straight back in the loop when you restart the program.
