does any one know what i need to do to connect my pioneer djm-mk2 mixer to virtual dj?

DJM what? 250? 450? 750? 900 Nexus?
Has it got a USB connection? If so, connect a USB cable between your computer and the mixer.
If it hasn't got USB then you'll need to connect RCA cables from a suitable audio interface to the mixer inputs.
