please help! My hot cue 2 on my DDJ-SR2 is dead (including color) I can't assign cues or play hotcue2. all all others work fine (ROLL / SLICER / SAMPLER) how do I bring it back to life (Mapping scripts verbage!?) keyboard mapping works fine. running VDJ 2020 Mac os Sierra 10.12.6

Close VirtualDJ
Go on Documents\VirtualDJ\Pads folder
Check if a "hotcues.xml" file exists
If it exists, delete it.
Start VirtualDJ
Check again
Go on Documents\VirtualDJ\Pads folder
Check if a "hotcues.xml" file exists
If it exists, delete it.
Start VirtualDJ
