I bought VDJ 7 pro infinity and have been using it with mixdeck and with a computer running on window 8. It has been working perfectly until i recently upgraded to VDJ 8 and it does not work with my computer on windows 10. I tried it on windows 7 computer and it work perfectly. does it mean that using VDJ 8 on mixedeck will not work on computer that is running on windows 10 or is there anything i needed to do to make it work or what?

Did you mean that VDJ 8 will not work on Mixdeck when using it with computer that is running on Windows 10 or what. It was working before until i did the upgrade. Please advice or what is it that i needed to do for VDJ 8 to work with Mixdeck on Computer that is running on Window 10?

You haven’t provided any real details and your second post is confusing.
When you say it doesn’t work, what does that mean?
Does it power on?
Does VDJ see it and connect?
It makes sound but can’t control things?
It controls things but makes no sound?
What exactly did you do between when it worked and when it stopped?
What troubleshooting steps have you already taken?
Does it work with other software? (I believe you said it still works in another computer.)
Etc.
If you want help from the forum you’ve got to provide details.
