1. It would be nice if there was a possibility in Automix mode to ignore set loops (via action script). That would have to be releatively easy to solve: If Automix on, then Action Loop off. 2. Optionally deactivate the automatic refresh in the filter folder. This can also be very annoying if you just scroll through the list and then start over.

Number 1 would be difficult to implement as a global feature. Maybe you want some Action POIs to be executed and other not. How would that be possible if a global config would disable them all.
What you can to requires a bit more of scripting.
(I'm not sure if the actions are correct, but I think you will get the idea)
automix ? nothing : loop 4
If you write your script like this, it will do nothing if automix is active and executes a loop if automix is off.
Alternativly you could toggle a variable when activating automix and use the variable instead.
automix on -> $automix = 1
automix off -> $automix = 0
$automix ? <do this> : <do that>
