ok so i bought a hercules mk4 from ebay. ive installed all drivers and such like but now vdj is saying i need a licence for it and says you can get it from here for free then i click connect and nothing happens. theres a serial number for virtual dj on the bottom of the console is there anything i can do with that?

Did you log into VDJ with your forum used account information that you are using here?
