Im trying to change from controller mappers via controller_mapping verb
one mapper is name My Mapping the other is called My Mapping 2
I tried using
controller_mapping "XPonent" "My Mapping 2"
or
controller_mapping "xponent" "My Mapping 2"
or
controller_mapping "XPONENT" "My Mapping 2"
But doesn't seem to work

I have the same problem
is it not possible to change the mapping with a keystroke in controllers?
The commands on the computer keyboard:
controller_mapping "KEYBOARD" "Mapping1" or
controller_mapping "KEYBOARD" "Mapping2"
works perfectly and the keyboard mapping switched. In the controllers, for example Korg's "nanoKey2" or Akai's APCmini do not switch.
The commands must be correct, If I write the commands in a custom button of the skin, then the corresponding button lights, but the buttons do not switch to the other mapping?
controller_mapping "AKAI APC MINI" "Mapping1"
controller_mapping "AKAI APC MINI" "Mapping2"
Does anyone have an idea from the developers? Thanks!
Bernd

For the correct name, you should check the device parameter in a custom mapping xml.
The controller_mapping action currently expects the internal identifier name.
(APCMINI for the Akai APC Mini for example)
