Locate the track in Browser, right-click, select Tag Editor. VirtualDJ will display whatever text there is in the Artist and Title fields.
You can manually edit a few tracks with the Tag Editor (if its just a few), or you can use the getTitlefromTags setting (from OPTIONS tab of VDJ Settings) to determine whether VDJ will read and fill those fields from Tags or parse Filenames

Your decks don't have any tracks loaded. Even if your tracks were tagged correctly, they will only show when you load the tracks to the decks.
Because there's no artist and title shown by the browser, this means that your tracks do not have any information stored in their tags. You need to add this yourself.
Most tracks (when bought legally) have the correct information in the tags. Also if you're ripping these yourself from CD, ripping software usually has the option to add tags.
Why are you still using VDJ 7?

Groovin’s and DJDad’s posts really do tell you:
- upgrade to VDJ 8 (highly recommended)
- re-rip your CD’s with tagging enabled (use whatever software there are lots to choose from)
- failing that, listen to your music and use the tag editor to put the tags on yourself.
Once done, loading a track onto a deck will show the artist and title.
