I run Windows 10, have the latest drivers for djm s9, and go into settings to select djm s9 and it selects it for a second , but it reverts to my computers internal soundcard... when I look to the right where you see the asio playback frequencies it says error on every one of them...please help... also the s9 works fine on serato and rekordbox...I'm confused

Check your default Playback/Record Devices (from Windows Control Panel - Sound) and make sure the S9 is NOT the default device.
then try to open VirtualDJ again.
Also check if any other application is using the same driver
If there is still an issue, try to re-install the drivers.
