ok so here my problem, last night I was trying set up a direct connect to my Mac book with both CDJs. The problem I having is I believe I am not configuring it right. Both decks are reading and moving on my lap top, but only getting one to sound. Did I miss something.
I have download the new firm ware. Please help

Hey Buddy I don't have one.... I am trying to hook up to them at the place I spin. I usally bring my controller but I need to stop that.

hi,
yes. there is control and audio. two different things.
open settings
click on "audio"
select "external mixer" and "Two sound cards"
add output: deck 1 cdj 2000 [1]
add output: deck 2 cdj 2000 [2]
alternatively, if you have 4 channel usb mixer: such as a djm[xxx] << this is the best way
then select "external mixer"
add output deck 3 djm ch 1 & 2
add output deck 1 djm ch 3 & 4
add output deck 2 djm ch 5 & 6
add output deck 4 djm ch 7 & 8
