Hello.
When I activate some effects they are not following the "length" parameter. For example the backspin is placed on 6s but its done within 2s (and it all sounds wrong). The reverb is also acting stange as if the echo itself disapears way to quick and no reverb is heard. Break-start same deal.
Im not sure when this started to happen. Anyone had a similar problem?

The length Parameter of the Backspin defines the duration of the back spinning when the FX is enabled and when set at 6.0s here it correctly lasts 6 secs.
Try to delete the native_backspin.ini file in VirtualDJ/Plugins folder and try again. Same for the other Effects. Deleting the .ini files reset Effects to their default values and may bring the effects back to "normal" (some parameters may have been set inappropriately)
