I just began using a pair of CDJ 900 NXS decks and a DJM 900 SRT and when I play the CDJ's they play on the channel the opposite side of the deck that is playing. How should they be set up in VDJ for them to play on the appropriate corresponding channel on the mixer. The RCA cables are connected properly. Any help you can give is much appreciated. Thank you!

Which sound card is used in the Audio Setup. It is recommended to use the mixer one ..but anyways..
When sound is reverted, you need to revert the channels from the AUDIO setup of VirtualDJ Settings.
When control is reverted (left CDJ controls the Right deck or vice versa) you need to properly assign the decks from VirtualDJ Settings ->CONTROLLERS tab->Deck assignment
