I was actually thinking about trying this!! Now I can use ME's FX and transitions with VDJ!! Finally can use my quartz files!!

About the last issue reported near the end of your video (about de-activating Effect when loading from Controller), its specific to the DDJ-WeGO and the features Pioneer had asked back when the WeGO was bundled with VirtualDJ 7 LE.
The LOAD buttons are assigned to turn off several things off, including Effects. So you can edit the action of the LOAD buttons to just load and get rid of the actions after that.
