Yes, like "Slicer" effect however, I want the song to continue where the song is being stuttered while with "slicer" the song continues where it would have been had the effect not activated.

With a combination of what was done in the video and a custom button, you could probably accomplish that.
Might need to add a loop or turn on slip. Maybe clone the deck to the other one.
