hey guys, turned vdj on today and it automatically updated to 8.1.
it then asked me if I wished to use this version so I thought why not and clicked yes.
after this all the tracks in my database have disappeared and it says it is browsing until I click on something and it tells me vdj is not responding.
I have:
turn3d it off and on again......fail
uninstall and reinstall....fail
redownloaded.......fail.
any help or advice as to how to get 8.0 back would be greatly appreciated.
the update reckoned that it was more stable than previous versions. hmmmm not sure about that.

Which folder in the left folder view of the browser is selected when it is saying "browsing"?
Do you have file date column enabled in your browser?
Go to Documents/Virutaldj and move the settings.xml file to a different location or rename it to settings.xml.backup.
Start VDJ again.
Is it working?
