Need some help with my new rig.
Asus Laptop Core i7 8GB Ram
Brand new Install of VDJ8
Update to Date Firmware on NI Kontrol S2
Looks like when i boot VDJ the software sees the controller. I have full control and even have sound when i spin the paltter and jog through music. But when i hit the play button nothing!
I have attempted to use the sound card in the Kontrol unit and the laptop. Still same result.... sound only when jogging but never it wont play the music.
Thoughts?

Do a little test please:
Press the Vinyl buttons on the decks to de-activate vinyl mode and RESTART VirtualDj
Does the controller function properly like this ?
If yes you need to adjust the "pressure threshold" of the jogs.
(It's easy. Just let us know if the unit works fine when vinyl mode is off)

Hey that worked. So adjusting the pressure is the issue then? How is that corrected?

There is a JOG_PRESSURE key in the mapping.
Try to change the param_bigger value to 0.9
param_bigger 0.9 ? touchwheel_touch on : touchwheel_touch off
