It's been a while since I've posted on these forums. How's everyone doing?
I'm using VirtualDJ 8.1 mac build 2857.1116. I was wondering if it would be possible to introduce an option to disable the screensaver while VirtualDJ is in use. I can disable the screensaver manually through Mac OSX control panel, but it's inconvenient to have to remember to switch it off when I'm playing a gig.
The user should still be able to manually lock the screen on demand using ctrl+shift+eject.
The purpose here is to avoid having the screensaver accidentally kick in while you're in the middle of a mix, or using effects (forcing the DJ to input their desktop password before they can regain control).
This feature has been achieved by other programs (e.g. Kodi). Is it possible to add a similar option to Virtual DJ?
