No. LE version only supports the controller it is supplied with.

....but the IO2 is an audio interface, not a controller - and the MIxtrack 2 doesn't have it's own audio so VDJ LE wouldn't be routing it to the controller anyway.
The Numark web site says:

Audio is available through your computer's built in sound card. If there is no audio ensure your software is set up to send its audio output to the computer's built in sound card. You may also add an an audio interface with the Numark DJ|iO.
