Ok so, first I'm not a Dj, I used to chop and screw stuff before virtual dj 7 for fun and it seems like it was so much easier back then. After taking a break for awhile I downloaded virtual dj 8 and now I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I used to just load the track on both decks, slow the pitch down on my first deck, go to the scratch window and hit clone deck on the second deck, then drag the second deck ahead by a beat, hit sync and bam. But now when I hit sync on my second deck it shoots the pitch up by like 38% while the first deck stays where it should.

Maybe you have auto pitch match on or something. Look in the config and check all the auto settings
