I can recreate this on every file:
Find a track you want to delete. (make backups if necessary)
Play the track on the preview in browser.
right click that track and delete from harddrive.
... Virtualdj 8 will crash.

For me the preview stops and the track is deleted.

I've seen this behaviour. Having recorded a session, used preview to hear it back and then deleted it.
