Is it possible to program a key on computer's keyboard like this: a deck (any) is playing, i press the key, the playing deck pauses, and other starts to play?

In its simplest form
deck 1 play_pause & deck 2 play_pause
deck 1 play_pause & deck 2 play_pause

Thank you, but i need ONE key for both decks.
It doesn't matter wich deck is playing - 1 or 2, left or right. When i press this key the playing one - whichever it is - pauses, and the rest starts play.
