There is a guide located here, under Pioneer DDJ SX. Take a look, and see if that will help you.

DDJ SX PDF link can't help to configure the colour pads and slip mode - slot / record / start
kindly continue to discuss on the same - how we can configure the same
:-) VDJ 8 works perfect except the above buttons

You have to script the colour pads yourself if you want a change from default.
The flip (if that's what you mean) is a Serato feature. The buttons can be mapped but the flip feature is not supported by VDJ.
