There is more information. I was told before you cannot download previous betas and said that is silly. I see someone else though so too. i have not been back there since.

This is not a typical bug. It means you are hosed until you waste more time.

Hi Don,
Your post said this relates to the latest beta build so needs to be in the regression forum - where a user has reported exactly the same issue. Issues that are NEW to the latest BETA build are reported in the appropriate thread and acted on quickly as regression bugs are given priority!
In any case I have PM'd you regarding this issue.
