I use the Audio 2 DJ soundcard. When you turn off my Windows Notbook (Win 7) the sound card starts to noise.
That was not so in the VDJ V7.

Are you turning your laptop/computer off with your mixer/amplifier still connected and switched on??
Always turn your mixer down when not playing anything and power down your amplifier first at the end of a gig (turn amplifier on last when starting your gig to avoid a surge to the speakers when turning other equipment on)
