Hi all,
My first impression with VDJ8 is WOW... If the bugs can be fixed, it'll be a DOUBLE WOW...
The first problem I had, was that VDJ would freeze (from 10 seconds to about a minutes or so...). The music keep playing (1 or 2 decks and even the samples) but I have no controls over the interface. I tried using my Hercules RMX console and found out that when it freezes, the main controls of the RMX are still working (I can start or stop the decks).
The second problem is with the samples. The quality of the audio is not that great, it sounds like it's clipping (it's worst when Multiple BPM is used). Also the screen lags a lot when using samples.
Third, the playlist automatically updates when I add tracks, but when I remove tracks, they no longer appear but when I load the playlist again, the removed tracks are back...
Overall, the new features are just amazing...
