You can also use the prelisten player (in the info tab) for that purpose.
Once it's playing, you can browse up and down through your tracks and it will play the one you're highlighting.

This is what I need. I will MAP it to the NS7ii. It has a touch strip where I can load any part of the song. I assigned the BEAT Param Knob for 16 beat seamless skipping.
The pre-listen Info tab is very powerful. I especially like how it continues to play new tracks instead of listening to the 8/16/32 bar intro for every new track.
You guys responded in record time. I appreciate the help!
Now, I will try to figure out how to Shift + Turn the platter to skip 8 bars.
