I think he means, that if he drags large amounts of tracks into automix section you could loose focus on what tracks you already dragged over.
So he wants the files already in automix been highlighted somehow in the browser section.

Several people have already mentioned not being able to set colors for tracks that meet certain criteria.
It has been a feature wish for a long time. I'd like to see it too.
Different colors for played tracks, for different genres or for tempo ranges and so on, would be nice.

Most of this can be done in the 'tag editor'. Select a track in the browser by right clicking, click tag editor. Underneath the genre option you will see color option for that track.
You can select however many tracks you want and do it this way, just highlight them in the browser by holding ctrl and clicking the songs you want. If you want an entire folder to be the same color enter the folder, click a track then hold ctrl + a - then right click on any highlighted track, go to tag editor and change the color. All the tracks will now appear in the browser with that color.
