I have the free version.
The crossfader works as normal for the left deck - ie when i slide it over to the right, the left deck becomes silent.
However, the right deck - i can still hear it when the crossfader is all the way to the left. Also the fader for the right deck does nothing. If i slide it all the way to the bottom it makes no difference. Sound still comes out at full volume.
Any ideas as to why this would be? I've read the FAQ, Googled, dicked around in config and on-screen and I can't solve this.
PC - laptop. Windows 7.

You have probably chosen an incorrect Sound Setup in CONFIG. It should be in Simple (with no headphones), as probably your laptop has only a single Sound Output.

I have paid version. I just upgraded to ver 7.4 and I have the same problem. However in my case it is on the left side. When I am playing deck 1 moving crossfader do nothing, however when playing Deck 2 crossfader work well. Any help?
