After my songs are rendered from FL studio in 320kbps MP3, Audacity displays different levels of loudness as shown in the links below. In other songs that aren't my own, this doesn't happen. Is there anything that I should do to change this or what's causing this to happen?

I believe that VirtualDJ renders waveforms based on sound types, such as voice, Highs, Mids and Lows and therefore it omits full waveform details in order to make finding a particular type of beat in the graph much easier.
The waveform in a DAW or Audacity will reflect a full spectrum waveform. By the way, the posted track is loosing lots of its dynamic range, it seems to be compressing way too much up high.

Thanks!
Yea it was compressed too much. I thought it might have had something got to do with the track not being compressed enough.
The link to mastering a song in FL Studio is brilliant!
Thanks again.
