I'm wondering if someone has, or is willing to develop, a facebook plugin that can "announce" what I'm playing on FaceBook. Something that can be configured to send the information to facebook every 5 or 10 songs...

With LiveFeedback and the uploading of playlists to your VDJ profile promised, I think we'll see a revamped web site that will be much more integrated with social networking.
In the meantime you could always use the Twitter plugin created by SBDJ and simply link your Facebook and Twitter accounts together allowing you to post both at the same time.
