I have been using my Denon HC4500 and VDJ without a single problem for over a year on the same laptop. Last gig I hooked up to a new laptop and all worked fine. Now that I have attempted to plug back into my original one I keep getting the error message on the screen at start up. "Error in the ASIO sound driver: Your soundcard is probably not connected, or the settings are incorrect."
Nothing has been changed settings wise on my original PC and as I mentioned I have never had a problem prior. Just occurred after plugging my Denon controller into the other PC last gig.
I have checked "Config" Sound Setup and all appears normal. I have uninstalled and reinstalled ASIO driver and even did the same with VDJ but still the same error message.
I have reconnected to the other new PC and all works ok.
Suggestions on repair???
