Hello guys, I am using full version of Virtual DJ pro 7, my controller is Numark Mixtrack Pro, when I mix songs as soon as I press effect button on my controller Virtual DJ shuts down :( I tried to do everything but there is no result, i can't play more than 10 minutes, sometimes it shuts down even without pressing effect buttons. what should i do?

Register your Pro Full serial number to your Profile Page (under LICENSES) http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html
and follow instructions here for a clean installation.. http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/How%20do%20I%20perform%20a%20clean%20re-installation%20of%20the%20software.html
Backup all the dll files in your VirtualDJ\Plugins\SoundEffects folder (leave the folder) empty.
Place the dll files one by one in the above folder and launch VirtualDJ each time after that.
Probably one of those plugins may cause the issue.
If you run Windows, it is advised to install the below..
x86 (32 bit): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=a7b7a05e-6de6-4d3a-a423-37bf0912db84&displayLang=en
or
x64 (64 bit): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bd512d9e-43c8-4655-81bf-9350143d5867&displayLang=en
depending on your OS and DirectX9 from here.. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en

If you purchased Virtual DJ from this site, please send a support ticket detailing the email address you bought it against and Support will contact you.
