I have a macbook pro, it has 2.4 with 8 gig and 500 gig. I have a brand new ns7 and vdj 7xx. The underwater thing has made me soo bad that i wanna go shi-ch. But i hate that and love my vdj

People i know with ns7 ,mac & vdj 7 all have this problem. A solution would be to turn off the motor then back on. Or run windows bootcamped like I did works better actually no digital sound when scratching the vinyl/platter.

Yeah, but running BootCamp just turns a cool Mac in to a POS Windows PC..... I HATE using my Windows PC. Mabey it is time to look at ITCH, especially since they now have Video.....

So I am told that 7.1 will fix this. It did NOT for me. Now they said add more memory to 8 gig, so it is cheap to upgrade to 8, only $41, and someone posted to run Mt Lion....

It really sucks that there's little help over this Mac side. But, I had seen somewhere in the forum once where someone had solved the underwater issue.

quick fix for all you v7s users out there...
when loading the track turn the motor off...
press play and switch the motor back on and the underwater sound is gone..
its not prefect but it works...

Load a song, play it. Sounds terrible I know..
Close VDJ ,,Then power off NS7
Power on NS7 then launch VDJ

I have repeated this process and it works..no more underwater noise on the 2nd launch of VDJ and others steps.
