I am trying to record my video mixes. I made the mistake of thinking I was for an hour and there was only an MP3 file for it. I am using an iMac and and RMX.

Ok, so now I am trying on pc. What is the best video setting to have have it on? I tried uncompressed that made the video pixelated and another that would not record anything.
