im in the market for a mixer with midi and leaning towards the american audio dv2 midi....what i want to know is: can i map the dj mixers crossfader to to the softwares video mixer to controll the video crossfader...but still using the dj mixer crossfader to mix like normal...i dont wanna use the softwares audio crossfader cause i keep it disabled...will running the dj mixer in midi mode force me to use the softwares crossfader? which is unacceptable.
